HOW TO GET TO THE MEETING VENUE
FROM THE AIRPORT PRAHA - RUZYNĚ (PRG) The meeting venue (Hotel Diplomat) is easily accessible from the airport by public transport (20 min). Take bus No. 119 from the Airport Terminal 1 or 2 to its final stop DEJVICKÁ, which is located in front of Hotel Diplomat (see the map). Before you enter the bus you have to buy a ticket - you can choose a ticket for 26 CZK (1 EUR) valid for 75 min., 100 CZK (4 EUR) valid for 24 hours or 330 CZK (13 EUR) valid for 72 hours. Tickets can be bought in the Prague Public Transport booths which are located in the arrival halls of both Airport Terminals (credit cards are accepted there). It is also possible to buy the tickets from vending machines at the bus stops (only coins are accepted there). By taxi: Recommended companies are AAA or RadioCAB - yellow cars waiting outside the arrival halls of both Terminals. Price to the meeting venue should be around 360 CZK. 
FROM THE MAIN RAILWAY STATION (HLAVNÍ NÁDRAŽÍ) Take line C (direction HÁJE) to the MUZEUM station (1 stop), change to line A and go to the final stop DEJVICKÁ (5 stops). Meeting venue is located within 300 m distance from the station. Before you enter the metro you have to buy a ticket - you can choose a ticket for 26 CZK (1 EUR) valid for 75 min., 100 CZK (4 EUR) valid for 24 hours or 330 CZK (13 EUR) valid for 72 hours. Tickets can be bought from the vending machines or at newsagents. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Full information about the public transport is available at http://www.dpp.cz/en/. All public transport runs between 5am and midnight, everyday, reasonably often (metro every 5-15 min., buses max. 20 min.).
PRICES, MONEY Exchange rate: 1 EUR = approx. 25 CZK (Czech Crowns) Banks are better than the tourist cash exchange outlets, but they are only opened from 9am - 5pm and not during the weekend. Any convertible currency is accepted. Travelers cheques are accepted as well. Prices depend much on where you go. One can have a dinner for about 200-400 CZK, beer or coffee for 30-50 CZK. All major credit cards are accepted in shops, not always in restaurants. A wide network of ATM cash dispensers exists.
